'I am also the deputy safeguarding lead. I have been part of the First Day Nursery team since 2017. I have been working in the Early Years for 14 years covering a range of different roles starting as a practitioner, working my way up to a manager. I have had the opportunity to be the lead SENCO coordinator. My enthusiasm for Early Years started at a very young age and I'm extremely passionate about delivering quality care and education to all children. At First Day Nursery, I have the responsibility of delivering and maintaining the high quality day-to-day functions of the nursery and making sure all aspects of the EYFS, holistic approach and Montessori-inspired practice is implemented into the nursery curriculum, providing each child with a safe, caring and enabling environment.'
